Overview

US Office ( San Jose) are seeking an experienced Overseas Market Manager to drive global business development for our advanced semiconductor packaging equipment portfolio. This role combines technical consulting, market development, and strategic customer engagement, working closely with leading semiconductor manufacturers, OSATs, and channel partners to expand our international presence.

Responsibilities

1. Customer Needs Analysis & Solution Development

• Engage with key international customers and sales teams to understand customers' manufacturing processes, business requirements, and technology roadmaps for advanced semiconductor packaging. 2. Technical Presentations & Commercial Support
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations during customer meetings, technical workshops, and international trade shows.
• Provide professional responses to customer technical inquiries and evaluate the technical feasibility of prospective projects.
• Partner with the sales team throughout the sales cycle by conducting technical evaluations, supporting commercial negotiations, preparing technical documentation, and assisting with technical agreements through contract award. 3.Business Development
• Conduct market research and business development activities in assigned overseas regions, including North America, Europe, Japan, South Korea, and other strategic markets.
• Identify and develop new customers, establish and manage distributor networks, and cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitive activities, and industry developments, and prepare market intelligence reports to support product planning and sales strategy.
• Plan and execute overseas marketing campaigns and represent the company at international semiconductor exhibitions and industry conferences to enhance brand awareness and market presence.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Language Skills
• Professional-level English with the ability to conduct technical discussions, business negotiations, presentations, and written communication.
• Proficiency in a second language such as Japanese, Korean, or German is highly desirable. Technical & Industry Experience
• Experience in the advanced semiconductor packaging equipment industry is required, with a background in research and development (R &D;), product marketing, technical sales, or business development. Candidates who have served as an R &D; Manager or above at a leading semiconductor equipment company are highly preferred. Familiarity with the trade policies, applicable laws and regulations, and business practices of the target local market is required. Professional Competencies: Highly resourceful with strong independent problem-solving skills and the ability to leverage local resources to resolve technical and commercial challenges. Demonstrates adaptability in cross-cultural environments, supports the global expansion of Chinese semiconductor companies, works effectively within a Chinese corporate culture, and has a proven record of long-term career stability. Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
