Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling used vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, be fluent in multiple languages, mandarin preferred and have a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to maintain high levels of sales performance and achieve sales goals.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest inventory and market trends to provide customers with the best possible purchasing experience.
• Utilize sales support resources and knowledge to assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle for their needs.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of vehicle features and capabilities to ensure customers are fully informed.
• Perform inventory management tasks, such as organizing and maintaining the sales floor, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create a welcoming environment for customers. Experience
• Proven experience in retail sales or a related field, with a strong focus on automotive sales.
• Experience in sales support, including knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
• A background in bilingual or multilingual sales, with proficiency in Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in inventory management and retail sales.
• A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A strong understanding of the automotive industry and its latest trends. Skills

• Excellent sales skills with a focus on customer service.
• Fluency in multiple languages, including Mandarin.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

• A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Job Types: Full-time, Internship Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
