• This is a rare opportunity to join our sales team.
• We are NorthWest Pennsylvania's premier luxury vehicle Dealer At Contemporary Motorcar we represent the full line of Acura and Mercedes-Benz vehicles located at 4910 Peach St, Erie, PA.
• Previous automotive sales experience is a must.
• We offer a weekly salary plus commission and volume bonus.
• We offer a five-day work week, and a $400 monthly car allowance on an Acura lease after 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist clients at the dealership in finding the best vehicle to match their needs.
• Establish positive and lasting relationships with customers.
• Develop leads through the phone, emails, and online platforms to find potential customers.
• Showcase our entire line of vehicles and current sales specials, including recent and upcoming models.
• Guide customers through the financing process and payment options.
• Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various car models.
• Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features. Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
• Turns customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car.
• Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives.
• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining warranties and services.

Qualifications

and Skills:

• Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but will train the right person.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• A persuasive personality
• Great networking skills
• Strong mathematical skills
• Verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• State driver's license with satisfactory DMV driving record. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
