Outside Sales Representative -at Prime Equipment Are you passionate about building relationships, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer service? Prime Equipment is looking for an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue for our floor care and surface preparation rentals in the facility maintenance and Industrial market. This role serves as the initial touchpoint for our industry-leading organization, and we need someone ready to demonstrate consultative selling skills, identify customer needs, and convert prospects into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate sales opportunities within facilities and construction sites across a designated territory
• Prospect, qualify, and secure new accounts in the facility maintenance and Industrial segments, including competing businesses
• Manage and strengthen connections with current clients and their subsidiaries, acting as the primary point of contact
• Formulate sales strategies and action plans
• Present company products and services to existing and potential customers
• Utilize CRM tools to track and expand your sales pipeline
• Keep an eye on market shifts, competitor activities, and product innovations
• Perform additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year sales experience
• Outstanding relationship-building and communication capabilities
• Strong planning, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with construction or related equipment is preferred
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

Compensation

& Additional Information

• Competitive base salary plus monthly performance-based commissions
• Guaranteed minimum monthly incentive provided during training and onboarding
• This position is considered safety-sensitive under Prime Equipment's policies and procedures Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
