Provider Development Director (Infusion Sales) Orange County, CA $90,000 - $120,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Top Performers Earn $300,000+ Per Year Join One of California's Fastest Growing Infusion Providers We're partnering with a rapidly expanding, private-equity-backed infusion provider to recruit an experienced Provider Development Director for the Orange County territory. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven healthcare sales professional with direct infusion or IVIG experience and established relationships across the local provider community. You'll inherit a strong market while continuing to develop new referral partnerships and drive significant revenue growth. The Role As Provider Development Director, you'll be responsible for growing referrals by developing strategic relationships with physicians and healthcare providers across your territory. You'll work closely with practices specialising in:

• Oncology
• Hematology
• Gastroenterology
• Rheumatology This is a home-based field sales position covering Orange County, with approximately 60% travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans
• Build and maintain relationships with high-volume referring physicians
• Generate referrals for infusion therapies and IVIG services
• Educate providers and office staff on available treatment solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
• Partner with pharmaceutical representatives, health plans, and healthcare systems
• Track territory performance and consistently exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams to deliver exceptional service What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of healthcare sales experience
• Strong experience within infusion, specialty pharmacy, or IVIG sales
• Existing relationships with physicians and referral sources within Orange County
• Experience selling into oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, or rheumatology practices is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
• Bachelor's degree preferred Salary &
