Ford of Franklin is looking for Automotive Sales Professionals to join our growing Ford Internet Department. Having previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

:

• Finding vehicles that meet the needs of our clients.
• Demonstrating vehicles features and benefits.

• Outgoing and friendly, we have a fun time while working
• Great customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, in-person and over the phone
• Able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
• Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs
• Persistent, competitive and good work ethic.
