Cinta Hospice Care Inc is looking for a Marketing/Community Relations Liaison to be part of our wonderful team. Job Summary

: The Hospice Community Liaison will serve as a key representative of Cinta Hospice Care Inc. responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential referral sources , will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships within the community to promote our organization's services and mission. Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other potential referral sources. Build strong and lasting relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and board and care homes. Generate qualified referrals through genuine connection and consistent follow up. Generate leads and drive sales through effective communication and negotiation Identify and cultivate new referral sources while maintaining positive relationships with existing partners to ensure a steady flow of referrals to our services. Ensures maximum third party reimbursement through effective negotiation of service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers.

Qualifications

: Strong knowledge of hospice and home health care services and the needs of patients and families. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. • Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
