With in-house strategists, structural engineers, graphic designers, and project managers across the US, Taiwan, and China, we deliver premium packaging from concept to manufacturing to fulfillment for leading global brands. The Opportunity At Zenpack, closing the deal is just the beginning. Once a client is on board, the real work starts and that's where you come in. As our Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients after the sale. You'll drive projects through production, coordinate across our US, Taiwan, and China teams, and make sure every order lands on time, on spec, and to standard. This role is for someone who is organized, communicative, and genuinely enjoys managing complexity across cultures and time zones.

What You'll Do

• Own client relationships from contract through delivery
• Coordinate between US clients and production/design teams in China & Taiwan
• Manage timelines, track order status, and proactively communicate updates
• Review specs, samples, and production details for quality and accuracy
• Handle revisions, change orders, and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot (projects, comms, follow-ups)
• Spot expansion opportunities within existing accounts and flag to sales
• Partner with BD to ensure smooth client onboarding after handoff

Who You Are

(Must-Have)

• 3+ years of B2B account management, client success, or project coordination experience
• Bilingual English / Mandarin Chinese you'll work daily with our China and Taiwan teams
• Detail-oriented; comfortable juggling 10+ active projects
• Strong written & verbal communicator across cultures and time zones
• Based in the San Jose Bay Area; able to work from our San Jose office Nice-to-Have
• Experience in packaging, print, or manufacturing industries
• HubSpot or equivalent CRM proficiency
• Experience working with CPG, beauty, or DTC brands
