Earn $75,000$150,000+ Per Year High Steep Roofing is one of Tennessee's growing roofing companies, and we're looking for motivated individuals who want to build a successful career in outside sales with unlimited earning potential. No roofing experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through neighborhood outreach and networking
• Schedule and conduct free roof inspections for homeowners
• Educate customers on roofing solutions and the insurance claims process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage projects from initial inspection through completion
• Follow up with prospects and close sales opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors and meeting new people
• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
