Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines inside and outside sales. The successful candidate will generate new business through outbound and inbound calls while also engaging in face-to-face meetings, site visits, or field sales activities as needed. This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable meeting clients in person, and driven to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Manage inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads
• Schedule and attend in-person meetings, site visits, or presentations with potential and existing clients
• Present and sell products or services both over the phone and in person
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, leads, and sales activity in the CRM system
• Follow up on quotes, proposals, and previous conversations to close sales
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Stay up to date on products, pricing, promotions, and market trends Required Skills and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, outside sales, or phone-based sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Comfortable making a high volume of sales calls
• Ability to transition seamlessly between phone sales and in-person meetings
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a commission- or target-driven sales environment
• Prior field sales or account management experience
• Industry-specific Food Packaging sales experience a plus but not mandintory. Performance Metrics
