Sales Manager Flurry Fitness Flurry Fitness is not looking for someone who wants to sit behind a desk, wait for customers to walk in, and collect a paycheck. We are looking for a high energy, highly accountable Sales Manager who understands that sales are created through activity, follow up, conversations, and consistent effort. This position is for someone who loves people, talks to everyone, and knows how to turn strangers into appointments and appointments into members. You must be comfortable working the hours necessary to produce results. That means being available when prospects are available, following up when other people have stopped following up, and doing whatever reasonable work is required to hit the goal. What You Will Be Responsible For

• Leading the gym's membership sales efforts
• Calling, texting, and following up with leads every day
• Booking appointments and getting prospects through the door
• Giving energetic and professional gym tours
• Closing membership sales
• Talking to every person who walks into the gym
• Building relationships with members, prospects, and the local community
• Creating referrals from current members
• Participating in community outreach, events, and local marketing
• Tracking leads, appointments, shows, sales, and follow ups
• Holding yourself and the sales team accountable to daily and monthly goals
• Helping create a positive, energetic, and welcoming gym environment The Person We Are Looking For You should have a great personality and be naturally comfortable talking to people. You should be upbeat, bubbly, confident, and able to make people feel welcome immediately. You cannot be afraid of rejection. You cannot be afraid to pick up the phone. You cannot be afraid to approach strangers or ask someone to make a decision. You must be coachable, dependable, competitive, organized, and motivated by results. You must show up on time, maintain a positive attitude, and bring energy into the gym every day. Experience in fitness sales, membership sales, retail sales, phone sales, or management is preferred, but attitude, effort, and coachability are more important than a perfect rsum. Your job is to professionally follow up, overcome objections, build trust, and help them make a decision. There will be days when you need to make more calls, send more messages, work longer, and push harder. There will also be days when you change someone's life, build an incredible team, crush the sales goal, and earn the rewards that come with producing results.
