SBHIS Insurance Services is dedicated to helping Medicare beneficiaries find the plan that best fits their needs at no cost to them. Our mission is simple: Making Medicare Easier. As a Health Plan Specialist , you will educate seniors on their healthcare options, guide them through enrollments, and provide ongoing support. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to meeting monthly performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Generate leads through provider visits, community events, health fairs, and outbound calls
• Conduct 1:1 sales appointments (field & telephonic) and complete compliant enrollments
• Build relationships with medical offices and community partners
• Provide ongoing member support and generate referrals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

:

• Active California Life & Health Insurance License
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record Performance &

Compensation

: This role includes monthly enrollment goals. Specialists who meet or exceed goals are eligible to earn monthly commissions in addition to base compensation, providing strong income growth potential based on performance.
