What You'll Do

:

• Knock 23 hours/day, 5 days/week + network with insurance agents & realtors
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding (we train you)
• Lead product knowledge meetings and client presentations
• Own the full sales cycleestimate, close, and follow up
• Use CRM, social media, and local events to build pipeline
• Earn client trustand referralswith professionalism and grit

Requirements

:

• Strong communication skills with a willingness to learn and a drive to succeed (sales experience not required).
• Clean, insurable driving record + valid license
• Physically able to climb roofs and work outdoors
• Reside in Middle TN, fluent in English, pass background/drug check
