• Meet homeowners from company-provided leads
• Perform roof inspections and identify hail, wind, and storm damage
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process from start to finish
• Meet with insurance adjusters on behalf of homeowners at the property
• Sign contracts and follow through to project handoff
• Build referral relationships within your assigned territory WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience ANY industry welcome (roofing, solar, home improvement, windows, pest control, auto, insurance, D2D)
• Self-motivated with a competitive, income-driven mindset
• Strong communicator comfortable talking to homeowners face to face
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops (full training provided)
• Must be able to pass a background check
