Responsibilities

• Convert warm leads and generate new business
• Build relationships and advise clients on coverage options
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, and other policies
• Consistently follow up and close sales
• Meet and exceed monthly performance goals

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• Life & Health license (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Sales or customer-facing experience
• Goal-oriented with strong communication skills
• Coachable and motivated to grow within a team environment
