This position is only right for someone driven to earn great compensation every day by consulting with inbound leads and diligent follow up. WellExpert is a truly unique and niche home improvement company - Join an energetic sales team that sells over the phone at high close rate. Help us continue to keep our clients happy and sell our exclusive window well and egress products and services in an easy going low stress environment. All leads provided, most sales done over the phone and a high number of leads close on the very first call. Some sales for larger project are done on-site. SALES EXPERIENCE ESPECIALLY INCLUDING BOTH PHONE AND IN-HOMED IS IMPORTANT! HIGH ENERGY, PLEASANT PERSONALITY AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLES ARE MANDATORY. We will teach you our products and services and once knowledge and confident you will be trained on a structured sales script which will produce a high close rate.

• No Cap on commissions
• Earn up to $75,000-$115,000 annually
• $1500 to $2200 per week
• Outgoing personality which means you are not timid and always ask for the sale.
• Must be tenacious about customer follow up to crush your conversion rates.
• Work Monday-Friday at our modern, fun office

• Providing in-home consultation for larger projects
• Demonstration of product knowledge
• Following up with clients regularly
• Solving customer related issues/concerns with your client
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets Experience
• 2 years minimum of in person and/or phone sales experience
• Ability to work with a team
• Strong computer skills!
