San Jose Sales Associates is a proud Authorized Dealer for AT&T;, helping customers stay connected through the latest wireless technology and services. As an AT&T; Representative, you'll work directly with customers in person, educate them on AT&T; wireless products, answer questions, and recommend solutions that fit their needs. What You'll Do

as an AT &T; Representative:

• Meet with customers in person to discuss AT&T; wireless products and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying each customer's needs.
• Recommend personalized wireless solutions that fit customers' lifestyles.
• Build strong customer relationships through honest, professional communication.
• Stay up to date on AT&T; products, promotions, and technology.
• Work with a supportive team to achieve individual and team sales goals.

• Strong communication and people skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned work locations.
