Duties

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new leads and expand existing customer accounts within assigned territories
• Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing roofing solutions tailored to their needs
• Prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns to build a robust pipeline of opportunities
• Manage customer relationships effectively using CRM software and sales management systems to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and upsell additional services to maximize revenue streams
• Collaborate with management on territory management strategies, market analysis, and competitive positioning
• Generate leads through various channels including direct outreach, online marketing, and industry events while maintaining detailed records of all interactions Skills
• Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales and customer accounts effectively
• Expertise in business development, lead generation, prospecting, and deal closing techniques
• Proficiency with CRM software (Customer Relationship Management systems) such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with customer service acumen to foster long-term relationships
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and upsell additional services or upgrades
• Familiarity with marketing strategies that support remote sales environments and inside sales efforts
• Analytical skills for market research, territory analysis, and performance tracking
• Experience with retail or direct sales environments is a plus; comfort with cold calling is essential
