We're Coming to Las Vegas And We're Hiring! All-Star Auto Glass is expanding into the Las Vegas area, and we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help launch and grow our newest location. Founded in Seattle in 2004, All-Star Auto Glass has built a strong reputation for exceptional workmanship, reliability, and customer care. Nearly 20 years later, we proudly serve retail drivers and fleet clients across multiple locationsoffering expert Auto Glass Repair, Replacement, and ADAS Recalibration Services backed by a team of skilled professionals. Now, we're ready to bring that same level of quality to the desert. We're looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to help us launch in this new market, lead our outreach, and drive revenue. What You'll Do

• Lead sales efforts targeting insurance partners, dealerships, fleet managers, and commercial accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow territory revenue.
• Oversee prospecting, outreach, and followup to build a full, healthy pipeline.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to increase retention and upsell opportunities.
• Track performance in our CRM and deliver regular reports to leadership.
• Represent the brand during customer visits, promotional drops, and engagement events. What We're Looking For
• Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
• Previous experience in the auto glass industry.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Polished, professional presence and confident in fieldbased selling.
• Techsavvy and comfortable with CRM systems and social outreach tools.
