Automotive Sales Specialist Earn $80,000+ | Paid Training | Unlimited Growth We're growing and we need great people. Don Franklin Lexington is preparing for the Grand Opening of our new Lexington AutoMall and we're looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our sales team. You don't need years of automotive experience we provide the training. What you do need is a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people. You'll thrive in this role if you:

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and create an exceptional buying experience.
• Understand each customer's needs and recommend the right vehicle.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
• Stay current on inventory, incentives, and financing options.
• Follow up with customers and build lasting relationships.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from first contact through delivery. What We Offer

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask.
