Compensation

Job Description

• Data Analysis: Uses Excel and SAP to generate sales reports, charts, and financial presentations for executive leadership and Japan HQ.
• Forecast Tracking: Manages the 8-month customer forecast and conducts daily/weekly gap analyses against actual sales and orders.
• Strategic Planning: Provides data-driven insights and identifies areas of concern to support annual and long-term sales planning.
• Database Management: Maintains customer master records, registers new parts, and aligns local databases with Japan HQ systems.
• Sales Support: Handles pricing updates, processes customer inquiries, and secures technical and compliance documents for the sales team.
• Sample Management: Manages the entire CRM sample lifecycle, including order entry, shipping logistics, customs paperwork, and inventory tracking.
• Process Improvement: Independently designs and leads efficiency projects to improve data accuracy and departmental workflows.
• Global Collaboration: Coordinates closely with Japan HQ and global subsidiaries to manage commissions and expedite urgent requests.

Qualifications

:

• Background: Requires a BA degree and over 2 years of experience in data analysis and administration.
• Language Skills: Demands excellent professional communication, with Japanese fluency preferred for HQ collaboration.
• Data & Tools: Utilizes Excel, SAP, CRM, and SharePoint to mine data and build reports for management. Pay: $72,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
