San Jose Business Solutions, an Authorized Dealer for AT&T, is hiring a full- time Entry Level Account Manager to join our in-person team. The Entry Level Account Manager is responsible for assisting customers with their account needs, providing information about AT&T wireless products and services, and delivering a professional customer experience. This role combines customer service, account management, and sales in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Position

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure each interaction is handled with professionalism and accuracy. You will receive paid training on AT&T products, customer service standards, and account management processes. Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in an in-person setting.
