Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, boosting overall revenue.
• Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key partners to expand market reach.
• Qualify leads and prospects gained from cold calls, sales blitzes and telemarketing.
• Survey existing catering accounts and select potential leads.
• Coordinate with front desk, guest services, and hospitality teams to ensure seamless guest experiences that encourage repeat business.
• Analize market trends, adjusting pricing strategies, and optimizing occupancy rates.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of guest relations, phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems, and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor budgeting processes and control expenses to support financial health while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven 2 years in Hotel Sales Manager experience is a must.
• Strong background in revenue management, guest services, and hotel operations within resort or hotel environments.
• Excellent communication skills: bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and foster a positive work environment.
• Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette standards.
• Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and implementing effective sales initiatives.
