Door to Door Sales Representatives Shearman Roofing

About the Role

Shearman Roofing is looking for a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the face of our company building relationships with homeowners and commercial clients, assessing roofing needs, and closing deals that keep our crews busy and our customers protected.

Key Responsibilities

• _ Canvass neighborhoods and generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking_
• Inspect roofs and document damage with photos and written assessments
• Educate customers on roofing materials, warranty options, and the repair/replacement process
• Prepare and present accurate estimates and proposals
• Work with insurance adjusters on storm damage claims (supplementing experience a plus)
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM software
• Coordinate handoffs to project managers once contracts are signed
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent Shearman Roofing professionally at all times What We're Looking For
• 13 years of sales experience (roofing, construction, or home services preferred)
• Strong communication and people skills comfortable talking to homeowners at the door
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Basic understanding of roofing systems and materials (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Comfortable climbing roofs and working at heights
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency with smartphones and basic software/apps
