Our seller lead flow has outgrown our team. We generate 30+ qualified seller leads per agent, per month and our inside sales team qualifies every lead and in most cases sets the appointment FOR you. We need 23 experienced, full- time agents who can take listings immediately. What you get:

• 30+ ISA-qualified seller leads per month people who raised their hand to sell, not cold internet leads
• Appointments set for you by our full-time ISA
• Full admin support and a transaction coordinator on every file you sell, we handle the paperwork
• 50/50 on team-generated business with ZERO lead cost to you and you keep 65% on anything you self-generate
• Weekly team training plus Keller Williams' industry-leading training
• A team of producers: mornings on our prospecting floor in Franklin, afternoons in the field on appointments Who this is for:
• Active Tennessee real estate license (required)
• 2+ years licensed OR 5+ closings in the past 12 months (required)
• Full-time this is not a side hustle
