Keyholder / Sales Associate Georgio's Liquors Waltham, MA Full-Time or Part-Time | $Hourly Pay Based on Experience Georgio's Liquors is a high-volume, family-owned liquor store known for offering the largest selection of fine wines, craft beers, and small-batch liquors in the regionall at unbeatable prices. We are growing fast and looking for experienced and dependable Keyholders / Sales Associates to join our team. Liquor store experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities

: Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection and recommendations.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on wine, beer, and spirits.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) system efficientlyespecially during high-traffic times or as needed. Keyholder

Duties

• Open and/or close the store following proper security and operational procedures.
• Lead floor operations in the absence of management.
• Resolve minor issues and escalate larger concerns to store leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts alcohol sales laws and ID checks. Inventory & Merchandising
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain well-stocked and visually appealing displays.
• Assist in restocking and inventory control. E-commerce Fulfillment
• Pick and prepare online orders for in-store pickup and delivery.
• Work with the e-commerce team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Qualifications

:

• Liquor store experience is required applications without relevant experience will not be considered.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong product knowledge in beer, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.
