Depending on the city where you live, Motion Sales Group may recruit you for one of our internal, in-house sales teams or place you with one of our exclusive provider partners operating in your market. Which path applies to you comes down to where you are based and where we are actively building. Both paths carry the same Motion Sales Group standard of training, coaching, compensation opportunity, and advancement, and we will match you with the option that fits your location. If you move forward in the process, we will make clear which team you would be joining before you start.

Compensation

• $1,000 to $2,500+ per week in performance-based earnings

• A company that promotes from within What You'll Be Doing You'll work inside busy retail locations, representing nationally recognized brands and introducing customers to exclusive home service and consumer solutions. Whether you join one of our internal teams or one of our exclusive provider partners, the day-to-day role and the support around you stay the same. Your responsibilities include:
• Greeting shoppers and starting genuine conversations.
• Understanding customers' needs and recommending solutions that fit their lifestyle.
• Helping customers access exclusive retail promotions of up to 70% off, available only through our in-store program.
• Guiding customers through a simple enrollment process while providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Working alongside experienced teammates and receiving continuous coaching to sharpen your sales skills. Our retail locations welcome 3,000 to 4,000 shoppers every day, creating endless opportunities to meet new customers. During your first few weeks, our expectation is simple: learn the process, build confidence, and consistently help one customer per shift take advantage of these exclusive offers.
