Duties

/

Responsibilities

:

• Providing an excellent customer experience from start to finish
• Responsible for closing prospects/ leads
• Answering phone/ Making follow up calls
• Scheduling/ Calendar management
• Customer greetings/ Check ins
• Creating estimates, work orders, & invoices
• Update customer with pics, text, email, schedule pick up, quality control
• Accept customer payments, provide warranty cards, check out
• "Thank you" follow ups
• Proactively promoting repeat and referral business
• Keeping inventory/ Restocking supplies
• Handling social media posts Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Charismatic "People" person
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Extensive knowledge of office administration and recordkeeping systems.
• Able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

Compensation

: $50,000 - $85,000 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick) etc. The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.50/hr. Generous commission and bonus incentives based on 5 star reviews, Warranty Product Upsells, Service Upsells, and tips. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education/ training.
