Job Description

: We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can meet with qualified leads in their home or business to discuss their Design, Build or Remodel needs, when not meeting with prospective clients the job is remote, calling qualified candidates and/or designing jobs for signed clients.

• Generate and qualify new residential and light commercial remodeling opportunities
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with homeowners, realtors, designers, and industry partners
• Meet with prospective clients to understand project goals and scope
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
• Manage leads and sales activities through Builder Trend
• Coordinate project handoff to operations and project management teams
• Assist with change order opportunities and client retention
• Achieve annual sales and gross profit targets
• Commission 6-12% of GP Based on selected candidates qualifications

Qualifications

:

• 3+ years of sales, business development, or remodeling industry experience preferred
• Experience with residential design-build remodeling
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Ability to read plans, scopes of work, and construction documents
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience using Chief Architect
• Experience using Buildertrend Nice to Have
• Knowledge of kitchen, bath, addition, and whole-home renovation projects
• Existing network of homeowners, realtors, architects, designers, or trade professionals Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
