What You'll Do

• Work exclusively with inbound leads who have expressed interest in stem cell treatments.
• Guide prospective patients through the entire intake and decision-making process.
• Educate patients on available treatment options, procedures, timelines, and expectations.
• Build trust through active listening, empathy, and exceptional communication.
• Conduct consultations and help patients determine whether treatment is the right fit.
• Coordinate closely with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Manage patient records, payments, scheduling, and intake documentation.
• Maintain CRM activity and performance metrics.
• Generate referrals from satisfied patients and continue building your network. What Success Looks Like

Compensation

• Ramp-Up Period (First 3 Months): $6,500 monthly fixed earnings to support you as you master our clinical processes, advanced stem cell science, and consultative pipeline.
• Long-Term Upside (Month 4+): Transition to a highly lucrative, uncapped performance and commission structure tailored for elite earners.
• Expected First-Year Earnings: $120,000 $150,000+
• Top Performer Potential: Well over $200,000+ annually
