We are seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates that are licensed as a California Life and Health Insurance Agent to work in our Irvine office. You will be enrolling employees in their employer offered benefits.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• High level of professionalism and a positive demeanor This is a full-time, Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm position, managing large amounts of outbound and incoming calls. We are interested in hiring an individual with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving insurance products and services
• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
• Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product and/or company policy changes
• Input employee data accurately and proficiently into enrollment software platforms Work Remotely
