Key Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners professionally and build trust throughout the sales process. Inspect roofs and assess the scope of work needed. Present roofing solutions, financing options, and next steps clearly. Follow the company's structured sales process from inspection through close. Close deals, collect payments, and complete required follow-up. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace. Generate referrals and encourage positive customer reviews. Meet performance standards using company-provided leads. This is a full in-home sales cycle role, covering every step from inspection to close. Required Skills and Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of roofing materials and basic installation practices Proven sales ability and confidence in a high-performance sales environment Customer-service mindset with a professional, solutions-focused approach Strong time management skills and comfort working in a fast-paced setting Proficiency with Apple products and Microsoft Office Competitive, self-driven, and team-oriented work style Experience and Education High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience Roofing or home-improvement sales experience strongly preferred Physical
