This role supports Public Health and Department of Defense (DOD) sales initiatives through contract administration, proposal development, RFP management, and customer agreement negotiations. Position Summary
The Sales Contracts Specialist II is responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and administering sales contracts while supporting the sales organization through proposal preparation, quote generation, and RFP management. This role partners closely with Legal, Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure contracts comply with company policies and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience managing government and public health contracts, responding to RFPs, and working with contract lifecycle management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, negotiate, and administer standard and non-standard sales contracts
- Support Public Health and Department of Defense (DOD) contract activities
- Create customer quotes and prepare high volumes of administrative contract documentation
- Prepare and support Requests for Proposals (RFPs), sales proposals, agreements, and related documents
- Draft contract provisions and redline government and public health agreements
- Collaborate with Legal and internal business partners to negotiate customer contract terms and conditions
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Coordinate reviews and approvals with cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage contract workflows and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the Contracts department
- Train new team members on contracting procedures and guidelines
- Cross-train on additional functions to provide departmental support
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned Technology & Systems ExperienceCandidates should have experience with:
- Salesforce
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Systems

- ERP Systems
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Required Qualifications
- Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts
