What You'll Do

:

• Drive new business through consultative sellingboth inbound and outbound
• Convert high-intent leads and develop a pipeline of personal and referral-based opportunities
• Cross-sell to existing customers and uncover additional protection needs
• Help clients understand the value of coverage that protects what matters most
• Deliver expert guidance with confidence, clarity, and urgency What We're Looking For:
• Proven sales success with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
• Property & Casualty license (required) or willingness to obtain ASAP
