Staffing Sales Pro to work a full desk selling and recruiting both temporary and direct hire positions. Well established firm seeks outside sales pro who can also recruit, as needed. Ground level opportunity to build office and prosper in growth of the business. Sales commissions, quarterly bonus, car allowance, and benefits available.

Pay Range

: $52K-65K, plus commissions

Duties

: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation. - Conduct sales presentations to potential clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs. - Meet sales targets and goals on a consistent basis. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. - Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports. Experience: - Proven 2-4 yrs. minimum experience in business development, technology sales, or account management. - Strong knowledge of the sales process and ability to effectively close deals. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. - Fluency in Spanish is a plus. - Technical background or understanding of technical products/services is preferred. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
