Responsibilities

:

• Prospect for new customers and develop relationships within the area
• Connect with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and continued support
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide outstanding service
• Stay knowledgeable on current inventory and product offerings
• Complete and maintain accurate sales paperwork and documentation
• Coordinate service needs with the service department
• Assist customers with financing and insurance processes by coordinating with appropriate departments
• Collaborate with supervisors and participate in required meetings and sales activities
• Work toward department goals while analyzing opportunities for growth and improvement
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the sales process

Qualifications

:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• 5+ years of sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze goals, track progress, and drive results
• Comfortable using computer systems including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the bus and truck industry is a plus
