As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll work with homeowners who have requested a roofing quote, guiding them through the entire sales process over the phoneno driving or in-home appointments required. Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads who have requested a roofing quote
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers
• Handle objections and guide customers through the sales process
• Present roofing solutions and close sales entirely over the phone
• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity
• Utilize company systems and technology to prepare quotes and contracts
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve performance
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and script development
• Consistently achieve individual sales and performance goals

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
