JOB TYPE: Full-time Contract (1099 independent contractor) LOCATION: Long Beach, CA (must live within 10 miles) COMPENSATION: Commission. You're not buying leads, cold-calling strangers, or waiting on a sphere you haven't built yet. You get leads to work, and the coaching to turn them into closings. A FULL TEAM AND REAL INFRASTRUCTURE BEHIND YOU - A team of 12 full-time virtual assistants and a full admin department, so you spend your time selling, not buried in paperwork. - Two inside sales agents following up on leads and setting appointments for you. - A marketing team and a listing coordinator who handles your MLS input and launches your listings. - We pay for your tools, your CRM and your home-search platform, on us. - Signs, lockboxes, and paid team business cards. On top of the team leads, you keep building your own book, and your cap is $8,000, half the standard, because you're on the team. It's not a salary and it's not guaranteed. It's what's on the table when you bring the work ethic and take the coaching, and the harder and smarter you work, the higher that number climbs. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - A full-time agent. Real estate is your number one priority, not a side hustle. - Actively licensed in California, or licensed and ready to go full-time. - Coachable. You want a proven system and you'll run it. - Fast on your leads. You respond quickly and you don't cherry-pick. - Driven and growth-minded. You're not looking for easy, you're looking for a real shot. - You live within 10 miles of Long Beach. Newer agents are considered case by case, based on drive and fit at the interview.
