Massage Envy is the leader in accessible massage and skin care and we're looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively engage customer prospects at our Arlington Highlands location. You will provide exceptional service and customized solutions for every guest and member in order to increase member growth and retention.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell our Wellness Program, additional services and products that best fits our client's needs
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through warm calling
• Book appointments
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Requirements

and skills

• Must be 18 years old
• Sales superstars who aren't afraid to take the lead in connecting clients to memberships, services, and retail products to support the mission of total body care. Bonus points for previous retail or sales experience.
• Masters of customer service who makes everyone they interact with feel valued and supported, whether in person or on the phone. Bonus points for previous customer service experience.
• Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills
