We are looking for a Sales Account Specialist who is enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced with a background in Home Improvement, renovations and design Modern Mirrors specializes in glamorous, stylish and high quality lighted mirrors for the commercial and residential customers. Responsibilities

Strengthen existing business relationships. Generate new sales by identifying potential customers, organizing and implementing a productive call program. Respond to customer requests, provide information, develop wholesale quotes/estimates. What You Need for this Position Professional appearance and demeanor. Well-organized with follow-up and attention to all detail. Able to relate to different personality styles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starting, results oriented and goal driven. Ability to connect and build rapport / relationships with internal and external customers at all levels. Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects / work streams. Skill in the operation of variety of computer software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Sales CRM. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job Willingness to travel as necessary, work the hours necessary to accomplish the job duties, work at the specific location required Must be okay with occasional travel, both local and domestic Identify potential customers, initiate and manage prospects through the sales pipeline and close opportunities Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers Utilize selling techniques and market strategies to expand and build upon client base Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports Take customer orders through the companies order system Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing, products, market presence, etc. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services Continuously improve through feedback What's In It for You Join a great company on the ground floor Uncapped earnings - solid base salary Opportunity to grow into a sales director, lead or manager role (as we expand our team and offering) Health

Qualifications

: 2 to 5 years of professional sales experience required. Have 5+ years of sales experience with consumer home or commercial renovation industry. This position requires extensive knowledge of B2B sales, account management, background in bath & kitchen renovation sales. Some College; Bachelors Degree Preferred Must have strong customer service skills with great follow through. Must be a detailed and organized individual. Need to be independent and professional. Computer experience is expected. This position will be a full-time role and with base salary and commission. Salary: $3,200.00 /month plus commission, make up to $20,000.00 per month in commission is possible. Commissions are Uncapped! $250,000+ Salary is possible, we are in a relatively new market with our innovative products. Please include your LinkedIn page if possible.
