What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to provide painting consultations and estimates
• Build trust through a consultative sales process
• Present customized solutions and close sales
• Maintain accurate customer information
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first appointment through project completion What We're Looking For
• Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement, in-home sales, roofing, HVAC, windows, remodeling, or similar industries is a plus)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working independently while being coached to improve
