POSITION SUMMARY The Appointment Setter (AppSet) is responsible for converting marketing- generated leads into qualified in-home sales and design consultations. This position directly impacts company revenue by ensuring a consistent, high- quality flow of appointments to the Sales Department. AppSets must meet daily activity goals, maintain demo quality standards, and follow RenovationsNow's call scripts with precision.

Compensation

is a combination of hourly base pay and performance-based commission tied to demo results.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day.
• [X]% of inbound leads booked into appointments (target to be set).
• Follow all RenovationsNow scripts.
• Accurately document every interaction in the CRM.
• Participate in all ongoing training and education offered by RenovationsNow.

Qualifications

• Phone experience required.
• Appointment setting experience REQUIRED
• Computer literate; able to use CRM systems.
• Must know RenovationsNow's mission statement, vision statement, and core values within 10 days of employment.

Compensation

$18 - $20 hourly + COMMISSION Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM 8:30 PM
• Weekends 11:00am to 4:00pm
• Fridays off
