Job Summary

as a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information over the phone. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while identifying customer needs, scheduling appointments, and helping customers find the best solutions for their HVAC needs.

Duties

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Provide information about products and services, take orders, process payments, and assist customers with service requests.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy.
• Utilize CRM software to document interactions and update customer records.
• Identify customer needs and recommend maintenance plans, repairs, and services that best fit their situation.
• Schedule service calls, maintenance visits, and in-home estimates.
• Follow up with customers on estimates, maintenance reminders, and service inquiries.
• Meet or exceed call volume, booking, sales, and quality assurance standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in client services, sales, or customer support preferred.
• Previous sales, appointment-setting, or call center experience is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and confidently recommend services.
• Ability to type efficiently while speaking with customers.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 per hour
