Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and engage them with genuine enthusiasm to understand their style preferences and needs
• Assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories that complement their individual style and fit preferences
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features, styling tips, and new arrivals to enhance the shopping experience
• Provide expert advice on current fashion trends, fit, and styling options to boost customer confidence and satisfaction
• Upsell additional products by identifying customer needs and recommending complementary items to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store looks inviting at all times
• Support inventory management through stock replenishment, stockroom organization, and participating in regular stock counts Skills
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within a clothing or fashion environment;
• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor with the ability to connect with diverse customers
