Commercial HVAC Team Lead Baltimore/Washington, D.C. Area | Full-Time | On-Site Our client is a growing, full-service commercial contractor hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Team Lead to oversee projects and field teams throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. This is not a sales role. They're looking for a licensed HVAC technician with extensive commercial installation and service experience who can lead technicians, manage project execution, and maintain high-quality standards in the field. Requirements

:

• 10+ years of HVAC trade experience
• Commercial HVAC experience
• Active HVAC license
• Previous team lead or field leadership experience
• HVAC installation experience
• Boiler and chiller experience is a plus. Candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance of the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. market and be comfortable traveling throughout the surrounding territory.
