Responsibilities

• Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, and other personal insurance products.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Follow up on leads promptly and consistently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working toward sales goals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Previous sales, retail, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus.
