Comfort Advisor Commission Only Columbia, MD | Buric Heating & Air Conditioning Are you someone who genuinely loves helping people and wants to be compensated at the highest level for doing it? We're looking for our next Comfort Advisor and this isn't your typical sales job. The Earning Potential With a full schedule daily, Comfort Advisors can earn upwards of $500,000 per year on commission only. Replacement HVAC systems are high ticket items ranging from $12,000-$30,000. No salary cap. No ceiling. Just a full calendar of homeowners who need help and a proven system designed to guide them to the right solution. The Training We invest in you from day one: A total one 1 month training A refined, step-by-step process for helping homeowners find the right comfort system for their home and budget Weekly coaching with one of the best HVAC consultants in the country Ride along training with our current comfort advisors An immersive 3-day hands-on training in Dallas focused entirely on how to serve customers at the highest level You won't be thrown into the deep end. You'll be built into a true expert. HVAC Knowledge? Not Required. We'll teach you everything you need to know about the product. What we can't teach is genuine care for people, a positive attitude, hunger to grow, and the natural ability to connect with homeowners and earn their trust. That part has to come from you.
