Position: Roofing Sales Representative We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our sales team in Northern Virginia. This role is commission-based only with uncapped earning potential. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule (minimum 25 hours per week) and control your income based on how much of the process you personally handle. Commission Structure Representatives can earn up to 40% of net profit per job when they manage the entire process themselves. Commission steps down in 10% increments depending on how much responsibility the rep handles. Commission Breakdown

• 40% Commission Rep handles all responsibilities:
• Initial customer meeting & inspection
• Attends insurance adjuster inspection with customer
• Coordinates contract and production with the office
• Picks up final check and closes out job
• 30% Commission Rep skips one responsibility
• 20% Commission Rep skips two responsibilities
• 10% Commission Rep only brings in the lead and signs the contract; office handles the rest Earning Examples Average Profit Per Job: $4,000$10,000
• 40% Commission (Full Process): $1,600$4,000 per job
• 30% Commission: $1,200$3,000 per job
• 20% Commission: $800$2,000 per job
• 10% Commission: $400$1,000 per job How Many Jobs to Hit Income Goals? At 40% commission (self-managed deals):
• $75,000/year = about 47 jobs at $4,000 profit each ( 1 job/week)
• OR 19 jobs at $10,000 profit each ( 2 jobs/month)
• $175,000/year = about 110 jobs at $4,000 profit each ( 2 jobs/week)
• OR 44 jobs at $10,000 profit each ( 1 job/week) Additional Bonuses
• $1,000 at your 5th installed job, $3,000 20th installed , and $5,000 50th milestone achievement bonuses available: $8,000

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, and networking
• Perform roof inspections and document storm damage
• Assist homeowners in navigating the insurance claim process
• Educate customers on roofing options, warranties, and installation
• Close contracts and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain consistent activity (minimum 25 hrs/week) to achieve target income Ideal Candidate
• No roofing experience required training provided
• Sales, canvassing, or customer service background a plus
