Summit Talent Partners is looking for a full-time Sales Team Member who can be the reason someone's pocket finally holds a phone that keeps up with their life. The Sales Team Member engages our customers in person, having sales conversations to offer them something better and showing them exactly how to get it. As a Sales Team Member, you will be trained to see sales opportunities where others see obstacles. You'll learn how to identify customers, recognize when someone is ready to upgrade or switch, and present the right solution at the right time. • Engage customers in sales conversations that highlight Verizon smartphones and data plans, ensuring professional, persuasive interactions.
• Present Verizon packages with clarity, focusing on lifestyle benefits that resonate with our customers.
• Guide enrollments by walking customers through product features and account setup to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate account documentation to ensure smooth onboarding and reinforce sales credibility.
• Support sales success by consistently meeting enrollment targets and contributing to team sales momentum.
• Drive account expansion by identifying opportunities for Verizon upgrades and confidently guiding customers through successful enrollment. Skills & Attributes of the Sales Team Member
