Overview

We are hiring a Territory Sales Representative to own and grow the Seattle Greater Area market. You will build our footprint across Seattle area and North WA state. This is a hands-on "hunter" and account management role for a self-starter. You will open new accounts, manage existing relationships, and ensure our products look great on the shelf.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow the Territory: Identify and close new retail/wholesale accounts in Seattle Greater Area.
• Manage Accounts: Handle orders, logistics, and customer service for your client base.
• Merchandising: Perform necessary merchandising during visits (restocking, building displays, checking expiration dates) to maximize sales.
• Strategic Sales: Upsell new products and optimize shelf assortment.
• Store visits: Regular field travel throughout the Greater Portland area and key Oregon markets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (Food/CPG industry strongly preferred).
• Bilingual proficiency in Russian and English is highly desired.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.
• Located in the Greater Portland area.
• Proficient with CRM software and standard business technology.

Commission & Performance Bonus: This role is eligible for a significant, uncapped Commission and Bonuses based on achieving specific, measurable goals. On-Target Earnings (OTE): Projected $70,000 - $90,000+ in the first year.
